Ashley Harder has served on the Board of Director for the Phoenix Community Alliance (PCA) since 2018. Since 1983, PCA has been a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that activates, advocates for, and builds Greater Downtown Phoenix through the collective vision of its members. It has driven public-private partnerships that helped revitalize Downtown and continues to connect leaders, foster collaboration, and support impactful development.

As the membership affiliate of Downtown Phoenix Inc., PCA works with city officials and stakeholders across sectors to shape a thriving urban core. Ashley’s active role in PCA’s Central City Planning & Development (CCPD) Committee gained her the role of Committee Vice Chair in 2025.
